Internal rules of the NEČESKAI homestead

Reservation rules:

• Arrival from 3 p.m. departure until 12 a.m. In individual cases, the arrival and departure time must be coordinated with the hosts;
• When making a reservation, pay an advance payment of the agreed amount. If you make a reservation but do not arrive at the homestead at the agreed time, the advance payment is non-refundable;
• Payment for services can be made in cash or by bank transfer before arrival or immediately upon arrival at the homestead;
• When making a reservation, please inform us if you will be arriving with pets;
• If guests do not stay for the scheduled (agreed) rental time, the fee for the missed time will not be refunded.

Guests must:

• Upon arrival, check the inventory and belongings. Any non-working or damaged items must be reported to the homestead owners immediately.
• The premises must be left in a tidy condition upon departure:
  • The dishes must be washed;
  • Leave inventory and tools in their designated places;
  • Place trash in bags and take it to the designated area.
• Any mess, damaged inventory, or other material assets must be compensated for immediately upon handing over the premises.
• The guest must leave the room key with the hosts upon departure. A 10 euro damage fee applies for lost or damaged keys.
• Use water and electricity sparingly.
• When arriving with pets:
  • it is necessary to ensure their proper care;
  • Animals are not allowed to sleep in beds;
  • It is necessary to collect feces on the homestead territory.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and property.
• Fire safety and safety requirements must be followed.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children.

Guest responsibilities:

• Guests are materially responsible for any property damaged in the homestead.
• If the losses are caused by the actions of minors, they are compensated by the children's parents or guardians.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and health throughout the homestead area. This includes the yard, sports fields, gazebos, swimming in the lake, and other areas.
• Parents or guardians must ensure the safety of children.
• Children can only use a boat or paddleboard with adult supervision.
• In the event of an accident, it is necessary to immediately call the general emergency number 112 and inform the homestead owners. Ask the owners about first aid kits.

Prohibited:

• Smoking is prohibited in the premises and rooms. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros;
• Children playing near the water or swimming without adult supervision;
• Moving furniture without the owners' permission;
• Accommodating more people than indicated to the hosts.
• Without prior approval from the owners, light bonfires, fireplaces, barbecues, use any firearms, sky lanterns, fireworks and firecrackers in the homestead;
• Littering on the farmstead territory and in water bodies;
• Listening to music loudly, making noise. Nighttime (11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.) is a quiet time on the homestead.
• Breaking trees or otherwise causing damage to nature;

Homestead maintenance and guest service:

• We undertake to store items found in the homestead for 1 month after the guest's departure;
• For security purposes, hosts have the right to enter guests' living quarters;
• If guests do not comply with the internal rules or the reasonable requirements of the hosts and thus disturb public peace and disturb other guests, the host has the right to evict unwanted persons from the territory of the homestead earlier than the scheduled time. In such a case, the money for accommodation services will not be refunded.
• When guests behave criminally (in violation of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), hosts always contact the competent authorities.

SAUNA RULES

• The sauna only works when turned on remotely by the owners.. Guests cannot turn the sauna on or off themselves.
• It is forbidden to adjust the devices inside the sauna. The guest is responsible for any arbitrary adjustment of the equipment.
• You should not pour too much water on the stones in the sauna. This may damage the heating unit.
• It is necessary to use a towel on the sauna loungers. This will keep the surfaces clean and protected.
• It is forbidden to use glassware inside the sauna. Broken glass fragments can cause injury.
• You may only use the sauna after familiarizing yourself with the rules. Before using, make sure you are familiar with the basic safety requirements.
• The use of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is prohibited in the sauna. This may pose a health risk.
• It is essential to shower before entering the sauna. This helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Children are only allowed to use the sauna with adult supervision.
• After leaving the sauna, it is necessary to cool down and drink enough water.

HOT TUB RULES

• Guests are responsible for heating the hot tub themselves.
• It is forbidden to use salts, oils, essential oils, this may damage the hot tub equipment. Bath foam can be used.
• The hot tub should be heated with a lid on.
• When heating the water, turn on the massage system from time to time. Stirring helps the water heat up faster.
• It is recommended to use the hot tub when the water temperature has reached 35-40 degrees.
• Only enter the hot tub barefoot.
• It is essential to shower before getting into the hot tub. This helps keep the water clean.
• It is forbidden to jump into the hot tub or act carelessly.
• Children may only use the hot tub with adult supervision.
• It is prohibited to use glassware in the hot tub area. Broken glass fragments can cause injury.
• It is forbidden to use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
• It is important to maintain the specified water filling level in the hot tub. Too little water can damage the heating system.
• Guests must leave the hot tub area tidy after use.
